That phrase has been part of the business since the beginning. It reflects how Claude operates: repair first, recondition second, replace with new only as a last resort. He buys used appliances, fixes them, tests them, and sells them as reconditioned units. It's better for your wallet and better for the landfill.

Honest About Limits

Not every appliance is worth repairing. Claude will tell you when yours isn't. He'd rather tell you straight that it's not worth fixing than run up a bill on something that's going to fail again in six months.
